Chip Baker
Trainer
Since 1995, Chip has been working with athletes of all ages and abilities. From beginner to advanced, recreational to Fire Department Academy Recruits, and every type of training in between. He works closely with Dr. Johnson to safely introduce mobility, stability, and strength training protocols for optimal healing and performance. He is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Functional Movement Screen (FMS), and trained with the research and development team at TRX

Tom Robey
Trainer
Tom is extremely passionate about Injury prevention/rehabilitation as an athlete who has seen and experienced his fair share of setbacks. He is a perfect example of "trust the process" as he subjected himself to the training programs he now teaches to overcome 2 hip surgeries in 2021-22. Now, Tom is well on his way to competing as a Professional Triathlete in 2023! Tom pairs his degrees in Physiology and Nutrition with his extensive experience of injury recovery and performance training to offer the best possible experience for people of all backgrounds and skill levels.
