FIVE LEVELS

Our method stresses the importance of moderating your movement based on what your body is telling you. Sessions are guided by your current pain levels to give appropriate exercises and avoid repeat injuries. 

GOLD

No Pain

GREEN (1-3)

Mild Pain

YELLOW (4-6)
